Golf, tennis, cycling and beach volleyball on Re Island

Bicycle paths

A network of 70 miles (110 km) of cycle paths runs through the island of Re, most of them being on dedicated tracks. Some cycle paths are on roads which access by car is restricted to residents.

Many bicycle rental shops are located on the island. Some of them have facilities in several municipalities.

Tennis

Le Bois-Plage and Saint-Martin

The Ré Tennis Club has seven hard courts, two indoor tennis courts in Saint-Martin-de-Ré and five outdoor tennis courts in the Bois-Plage-en-Ré.

La Couarde and La Flotte

The Tennis des Pertuis has nine outdoor courts in La Couarde-sur-Mer, two of them being clay courts, and two lighted outdoor courts in La Flotte-en-Ré.

Rivedoux-Plage

The Municipal Tennis of Rivedoux-Plage has three hard tennis courts.

Sainte-Marie de Ré

The "Tennis Club Maritas" of Sainte-Marie-de-Ré has four tennis courts. Tennis lessons can be taken in this club.

Golf

La Flotte-en-Ré

The Golf des Pertuis has a nine-hole golf course and a driving range in the district of La Flotte-en-Ré.

Portes-en-Ré

Located in Les Portes-en-Ré, the Golf de Trousse-Chemise welcomes golfers on a nine-hole course and provides them with a driving range and a putting green. Lessons are delivered.

Beach volley

In Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré, near the beach called "Gollandières", the Ré Beach Club has four beach volleyball courts.
