Sea excursions

The cruise company Blue Note offers two or four hours trips around the island of Ré and day cruises toward Fort Boyard and Aix island.

These trips on the cruising catamarans Blue Note and Nosy Be take place from the harbor of La Flotte-en-Ré. Measuring nearly eleven feet, these boats can carry up to eleven and eighteen passengers.

Cruises

The boats of the company Croisières Inter-Iles are cruising between the islands of Aix, Oleron and Ré and toward La Rochelle and La Tranche-sur-Mer.

Two to three hundred passengers can board on each boat from Saint-Martin-de-Ré or Rivedoux-Plage.

Canoeing

"Absolument canoë" organizes guided tours of the Loix peninsula by canoe. The tourist office of Loix communicates relevant information for these tours.

Fishing

Day boat trips are offered by the Compagnie des Martins Pêcheurs on the gillnetter "Bonnie Lass" or the ketch "Notre-Dame des Flots". This sailing boat built in 1942 was restored by its current owners.

Foot fishing trips are also organized. Guided by Dany the Fisher, they allow to discover the foreshore and its species of fishes and shellfishes.
